Phil J. Reid

Phil J. Reid has extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as General Manager for Hotel Operations in Australia and New Zealand at Accor since September 2006. Reid oversees a portfolio of 24 boutique upscale and luxury properties and has held roles such as Integration Leader and Head of Portfolio, integrating a multi-brand portfolio of 11 hotels across Australia. Previous general manager roles include positions at Mercure Bali Legian, Ibis Jakarta Slipi, and Novotel Madrid Sanchinarro. Prior to Accor, Reid worked as Director of Food and Beverage at Sofitel Madrid and as F&B Manager at Sofitel Madrid Airport. Reid's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business degree from Victoria University, specializing in Business, Finance, and Hotel Management.
