Tien Le

Tien Le is a passionate and hands-on Director of Food & Beverage with over 15 years of experience specializing in pre-opening, revenue generation, staff development, and customer service satisfaction. They began their career as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at GHM and progressed through various managerial roles at Fusion Resorts, Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts, and Accor. Most recently, Tien served as a Food and Beverage Manager at Meliá Hotels International. Tien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English from Danang University, a Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, and received the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines with Distinction.
