Gaurav Kumar

Gaurav Kumar is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the Group Chief Technology Officer at Accord Innovations since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading the strategic technology vision and driving innovation across global operations. Previously, Gaurav held several key roles at Standard Chartered Bank from February 2015 to April 2025, including Vice President of Observability & Monitoring, where end-to-end observability solutions were designed to enhance system performance and compliance. Additional experience at Standard Chartered included leadership in Enterprise Monitoring Engineering and Infra Monitoring Engineering, contributing to the development of monitoring strategies and frameworks. Prior to this, Gaurav worked at HCL Technologies from February 2009 to November 2014, focusing on enterprise monitoring tools for UBS Bank, and began a career at Satyam Computer Services Limited, managing a team in monitoring tool implementations for Bank of America-Merrill Lynch.
