Sara Schlipp-Riedel

Sara Schlipp-Riedel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational effectiveness, and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Accordant Company, LLC since October 2024, and as Principal Consultant at Leora Leadership Consulting LLC since March 2021, Sara specializes in business development and strategy. Additionally, as a Leadership Cohort Facilitator for Coalition9, Sara contributes to transforming businesses through leadership development, while also working as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Inspire11. Prior experience includes holding the position of Chief of Staff at Xcel Energy.
