Andrew Muhlhauser

Andrew is a Managing Director with over two decades of experience ranging from building and scaling new business start-ups to delivering large-scale operational improvements to Fortune 500 companies. His experience spans a variety of industries, including healthcare, industrial products, technology, chemical, and automotive.

Andrew has a strong track record for building strong operational foundations to scale. He has successfully led the design and setup of several on and offshore business operations.

Prior to joining Accordion, was a co-founder of a novel mobile-only medical practice. He is a proficient business executive and transformation leader with deep finance and operational expertise in performance improvement, merger and integration, technology enablement, organization design, and change management.

Andrew started his career in industry serving in various sales, business development, and corporate finance roles for a nanotechnology startup and established automotive company.

Andrew graduated with honors from Bentley University with a B.S. in Finance and from Boston College with a M.B.A. in Strategy, with additional credentials from the Yale School of Management and MIT.
