Herb Cohen serves as Managing Director and Controller at Accordion since May 2018, where the focus is on executing value-creation initiatives for private equity firms within their portfolio companies, specifically in finance functions. Prior to Accordion, Herb held the position of Senior Director of Accounting Operations at Colibri Group from 2017 to May 2018 and served as Director of Financial Reporting & Division Controller at Securities Training Corporation from October 2008 to May 2018. Additional experience includes various Controller roles at Document Technologies, Skyline Legal, and Tact Medical Staffing between 1997 and 2008. Herb Cohen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College and holds a Bachelor of Science in CPA Accounting from LIU Brooklyn.
