Luke Espich

Luke Espich currently serves as Managing Director at Accordion, having held various leadership roles in transformation since July 2021. Prior to this, Luke was with CBIZ Private Equity Advisory from June 2016 to June 2021, where roles included Director of Performance Management and Senior Principal in Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis. Luke began their career at Johnson & Johnson, participating in the Finance Leadership Development Program and working in Corporate Finance from May 2014 to May 2016. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
