Shauna Watson

Shauna Watson is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Accordion Partners since September 2019, guiding private equity-backed CFOs through complex financial challenges. Previously, Shauna held significant roles at RGP as Vice President and Global Head of Technical Accounting, as well as Global Managing Director of Finance & Accounting, where expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC standards was frequently shared as a speaker. Prior to RGP, roles included Director of Finance & Accounting at Air Lease Corporation, Corporate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Senior Manager in Audit & Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Academically, Shauna holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montana State University-Bozeman.
