Managing Director at Accordion

Wayne is a Managing Director within Accordion’s CFO Tech practice with more than three decades of executive and entrepreneurial experience. His expertise is in long-term strategic transformation and rapid EBITDA enhancement driven by the intersection of business process, cost accounting, financial reporting, and digital and IT enablement.

Prior to Accordion, he served as a Senior Executive for PRO Unlimited, a PE owned global leader in contingent workforce management. There, he built and led the Enterprise Applications team, which included ERP, big data, CRM (Salesforce), and workflow applications (ServiceNow). In this role, Wayne led the successful re-implementation of the core ERP systems and introduced Agile across all technology workstreams.

Before joining PRO Unlimited, Wayne was the co-founder of Value Bridge Partners (VBP), a boutique PE consulting firm. Through VBP, he served as CIO and Interim CIO of five private equity owned portfolio companies, tasked with driving and defining IT and business value creation, as well as high stakes, CAPEX intensive initiatives in merger integrations, carve outs, and harmonizing cost-inefficient IT landscapes. These roles always had primacy of delivering EBITDA. At VBP, Wayne also performed over 30 business and IT value creation assessments for the portfolio companies of leading private equity firms.

Before VBP, Wayne founded two ERP software companies as a teenager, one of which was Foresight Systems, which he grew to a $5+ million revenue business with 250+ customer installations in twelve countries, which later successfully sold to an equity group.

Wayne graduated from Michigan State University with an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
