Nina Rafen

Nina Rafen serves as the Head of Climate Change and Sustainability Services in Norway and as the Partner - Nordic Capital Markets Leader at EY, providing expertise in financial reporting assistance and capital markets transactions. Additionally, Rafen holds the position of Vice President at Accountancy Europe and has previously served as Partner - Global Telecoms Assurance Leader and Audit Manager at EY, as well as in leadership roles at Revisorforeningen - DnR and Arthur Andersen. Rafen's academic credentials include an M.Sc. in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an M.Sc. in Management (CEMS Master) from HEC Paris, and a B.Sc. in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Rafen has also completed the Norwegian Certified Public Accountant program at BI Norwegian Business School.
