Ville Helminen

Ville Helminen has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Ville started their career in 2002 at Elisa Oyj, where they worked as a Technical Customer Care representative and later as a Web Programmer and System Specialist. In 2007, they joined Nokia as a Protomanager and later took on roles as Project Manager and Senior Process Development Manager. At Microsoft, Ville worked as a Senior CRM Capability Architect and Senior Program Manager. Their most recent role was at Accountor Group, where they worked as a Platform Manager and later as Director of Sales and Marketing Solutions, focusing on service delivery and technology architecture.

Ville Helminen completed their Bachelor's degree in Media Technology from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences between 2001 and 2006. Ville also attended Stuttgart Media University from 2003 to 2004, focusing on distributed computing and XML technology. In 2012, they obtained a Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance.
