Mahender Bist

Mahender Bist has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mahender is the Founder and CEO of eSign Genie, a company they established in 2014. In the same year, they also founded AccountSight, a Software as a Service (Saas) software company that offers time tracking and billing solutions. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Mahender served as the Managing Partner at Rapidflow Apps Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Mahender also held the position of President and SCM & PLM Practice Head at Innovatek Inc. for almost a decade. Before entering the software industry, Mahender worked at Oracle as a Solutions Manager focusing on PLM and Supply Chain Planning. Mahender started their career as a Senior Marine Engineer at Chevron, where they gained experience in the maritime industry. Mahender holds a research analyst role at IDS Scheer and worked as a Senior Marine Engineer at Neptune Orient Lines and The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd earlier in their career.

Mahender Bist completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering Research Institute from 1985 to 1989. Mahender pursued further education and completed an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Decision Technologies, from 1998 to 2000.
