Ana Melo

Ana Melo has a diverse background in quality assurance and project management. Ana started their career at MEO Servicos de Comunic e Multimedia S.A in 2008, where they worked as a Suporte e Gestora de Implementaçã. Ana then transitioned to Accenture Portugal in 2015, where they served as a Quality Assurance Tester. In 2017, they joined Sysmatch as a Quality Assurance Tester and later moved to blue-infinity Linked by Isobar in the same role. In 2019, they joined Accredit Solutions as a Project Manager & Quality Assurance Lead. In addition to their QA roles, Ana also gained experience as a Software Test Engineer & ScrumMaster at The Virtual Forge from 2019 to 2022.

Ana Melo attended Escola Secundária Dr. António Carvalho Figueiredo from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained their secondary education in the field of Ciências Sociais e Humanas. In addition to their education, Ana has obtained several certifications, including GDPR Training from High Speed Training in October 2022, Automation Specialist Level 1 and Level 2 from Tricentis in March 2018, and ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level from iSQI GmbH in January 2018.
