As a Senior Technical Product Manager (Chat/Data) at Accrete.AI, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our AI products. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop and launch our agent / chat (NLP) service and data platform. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, conducting market research, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact products. Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Accrete.AI's AI products. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate product vision into actionable plans. Work collaboratively to prioritize features, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand requirements, and validate product concepts. Build strong relationships and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Define product requirements, create user stories, and guide the development team to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make informed product decisions. Monitor key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and product performance.
  • Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership to junior product team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Lead by example and inspire the team to achieve excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on chat (NLP) or data products.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong technical background and ability to engage with technical teams on a deep level.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in the AI or data science industry is a strong plus.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $175,000
