Samantha Park has an extensive work experience in various roles related to project and program management. Samantha was the Director of Developer Experience at Accrete, where they facilitated agile transformation. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager and Agile Lead at Resilience. Samantha also served as a PMO and Business Strategy professional at SS&C Technologies. Samantha has experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Cedar and Oracle, where they managed technical projects and programs. Additionally, Samantha worked as a Technical Project Manager at adMarketplace. Earlier in their career, they gained project management experience at various companies within the Consulting Practice, including Cignium Technologies and First Order Systems/Softcrylic. Samantha's expertise includes Agile methodology, release management, and cross-functional communication. Samantha began their career as a Research Associate at Siemens Healthcare and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, where they managed multiple projects and performed laboratory experiments related to software development and molecular biology techniques.

Samantha Park holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Emory University. Samantha then pursued further education in the field of Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Columbia University. Later, Samantha studied Project Management at New York University. In addition to their formal education, Samantha has obtained several certifications, including ICP-ACC: ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Coaching and ICP-ATF: ICAgile Certified Professional Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile. Samantha is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) accredited by Scrum Alliance. Samantha has achieved several certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant, Certified SAFe® 4 Advanced Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master, and Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager.
