Hugo Letailleur

Hugo Letailleur currently serves as Responsable grands comptes at ACCRO, specializing in 100% plant-based alternatives, since July 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Chef de secteur RHF at Sysco France from April 2018 to December 2022, and Chef de partie at Marché International de Rungis SEMMARIS from September 2016 to March 2018. Educationally, Hugo Letailleur holds a B.E.P / Baccalauréat in Hôtelerie restauration with a specialization in cuisine from Lycée Theodore Monod, completed in 2014.
