Brian Peaver

Brian Peaver is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in data analysis and culinary management. Currently serving as a BI Analyst at Accruent since August 2022, Brian has collaborated with sales and marketing teams to drive growth through data insights and developed impactful Power BI dashboards. As a Data Analyst at Esprit Errant Travel, responsibilities include creating and maintaining SQL databases for targeted promotions and preparing data visualizations. Previously, Brian held the position of Executive Chef at Red Rocks Cafe, overseeing a large team while managing costs and menu development based on data analysis. With earlier roles as Kitchen Manager at Galileos Restaurant and Sous Chef at Casa Rustica, Brian has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to optimize operations and culinary offerings. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Public/Applied History from Appalachian State University.
