Ellie Geraets

Ellie Geraets is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in user experience research and design. Currently serving as a Sr. UX Researcher at Accruent since March 2017, Ellie manages the implementation of a digital adoption platform across the company’s product suite, facilitates stakeholder activities, and reports on user-centric metrics. Previous roles at Accruent include Sr. UX Designer and UX Designer, where Ellie focused on creating valuable software experiences and establishing best practices in responsive design. Prior experience includes positions at Verisae, where Ellie contributed as a Product Designer and Product Documentation Coordinator, as well as administrative roles at the University of Minnesota. Ellie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Journalism from the University of Minnesota.
