Susan Hegarty

Susan Hegarty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at RedEye since May 2023, Susan previously held multiple roles at Imagine Communications from October 2013 to July 2023, including Customer Solutions Architect and Professional Services Manager for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, Susan worked as a Media and Workflow Specialist at Harris Broadcast and had a progressive career at Harris Corporation, where roles included Workflow Systems Team Lead and QA/Documentation for Digital Asset Management. Susan holds a degree from Colorado State University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
