Adeel Nadeem

Adeel Nadeem is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive expertise in C++ programming language recruitment across diverse industries, including Graphics, AR/VR/Metaverse, and Web3. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Softweb Resourcing since October 2011, Adeel has developed a strong foothold in the recruitment sector. Adeel also serves as an Advisor at Resourcehive, addressing challenges in hiring and training resources necessary for recruitment growth, while supporting an offshore team in Lahore, Pakistan. Additionally, Adeel volunteers as a Publicity Officer for ACCU, contributing to the organization’s mission to support programmers. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Impact IT, where Adeel successfully established the C/C++ division. Adeel holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Reading.
