Ariel Jones

Ariel Jones is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in administrative coordination and quality improvement. Currently serving as a CDI Services Coordinator at Accuity since August 2023, Ariel previously held the role of Senior Administrative Specialist at Maximus, where significant process improvements were achieved for a division serving over 18 million Veterans. Prior experience includes positions as a Medical Administrative Assistant in the United States Air Force, effectively managing patient scheduling for over 5,000 individuals, and as a Referral Coordinator at Moody Air Force Base, where a 100% reduction in referral backlog was accomplished. Ariel’s earlier role as an EMT Supervisor involved overseeing operations that benefited over 130,000 troops, resulting in a marked increase in patient satisfaction.
