James Cox

Customer Success Product Trainer at AccuLynx

James Cox has worked in two companies throughout their career. James started with American Family Insurance in 2002 as a Corporate Instructor, where they taught soft skills, various software programs, policy, claims, and company-wide roll-outs of new systems and products. James worked in both live and virtual classrooms, in addition to developing material, producing videos, and doing voice-overs. In 2021, they joined AccuLynx as a Customer Success Product Trainer.

James Cox holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English from Northern Illinois University and a BS in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. James has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Overcoming Cognitive Bias" (2021), "Shane Snow on Storytelling" (2021), "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity" (2021), "Designing a Training Program: Setting Goals, Objectives, and Mediums" (2021), "Improving Your Thinking" (2021), "Learning How to Increase Learner Engagement" (2021), "Strategic Thinking" (2021), "Using Humor In Training to Engage Your Audience" (2021), "Enhancing Resilience" (2020), and "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" (2020).
