James Cox has worked in two companies throughout their career. James started with American Family Insurance in 2002 as a Corporate Instructor, where they taught soft skills, various software programs, policy, claims, and company-wide roll-outs of new systems and products. James worked in both live and virtual classrooms, in addition to developing material, producing videos, and doing voice-overs. In 2021, they joined AccuLynx as a Customer Success Product Trainer.
James Cox holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English from Northern Illinois University and a BS in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
