Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis, which they completed in 1989. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) in 2017.
