Kathleen Dickman

Kathleen Dickman, MBA, MSM has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Most recently, they serve as the Corporate IT Systems & Security Director at ACCUMEN Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of Information Technology, including team supervision, technical acquisitions, datacenter operations, infrastructure management, telephony, risk management, compliance, and security architecture. Kathleen is also tasked with integrating and building a single enterprise IT team for the Accumen organization. Kathleen's previous role was as the Director of Information Technology at St. Elizabeth Healthcare / St Elizabeth Dearborn, where they facilitated the IT transition after an acquisition and handled vendor communication and contract management. Before that, they worked at TriHealth as a Solution Leader, overseeing the operation of 70 software applications, and as a Lead Epic Applications Engineer, managing projects and participating in multi-disciplinary teams. Kathleen also has experience as an IT Director at McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital / TriHealth and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Jac-Cen-Del Community School Corporation, where they set policies and ensured the quality of education. Other roles in their career include serving as the IT Program Chair at Kaplan College and as an IT Director at DECATUR COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. Kathleen started their professional journey at Forethought Financial Group, Inc., where they were a Customer Support Training and Development Supervisor, responsible for planning and managing training initiatives. Overall, Kathleen brings extensive experience in IT leadership and management roles, with a focus on strategic planning, team supervision, and effective project execution.

Kathleen Dickman, MBA, MSM, has a strong education history in business and management. Kathleen obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University in 2020. In 2002, they also earned a Master of Science degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis, which they completed in 1989. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) from the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) in 2017.
