Caroline Wilks is an accomplished professional in organizational effectiveness and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at AccumTech since February 2020. With a strong background in managing complex projects, Caroline has successfully overseen initiatives for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, focusing on client management and strategic execution.
