Cathleen Steininger has diverse work experience in various companies. Cathleen started their career in 2002 as a Sales Executive at Eastern Copy Products and worked there until 2004. Following that, they joined Paychex as a Sales Executive and worked there for eight years until 2012. Cathleen then joined ADP as a Senior District Manager and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Vice President at BT Benefits & Consulting (formerly Holtz Rubenstein Benefits Consulting). In 2018, Cathleen joined WageWorks as a Relationship Manager II for nine months before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Human Resources at AccuOSS in December 2018.

Cathleen Steininger has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to attending university, they also completed their high school education at Richmond High School in Richmond, IN. In terms of additional certifications, Cathleen obtained the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2014, and they also obtained the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in September 2015.
