Rodney Allison has extensive experience in sales and field sales. From 2011 to present, they have been the Director of Sales at Door Control Services, Inc. In this role, they have been responsible for creating and developing the company's inside sales department, manufacturing representative for the company's patented Top Door Alarm system, converting sales team to CRM based tools, pioneering two of the company's newest divisions, selecting and preparing for promotional events, increasing healthcare segment sales company wide, developing customer profiling system, developing and implementing sales strategies, and recruiting, interviewing, hiring, compensation plan, training/development, goal setting, and call reports. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Regional Director of Classified Internet Sales at Raycom Media, where they were responsible for regional sales of business to web based advertising sales, facilitating job fair events, marketing campaigns, and managing sales and service of 100+ advertising accounts. From 2001 to 2008, they were the Corporate Sales Manager at 24 Hour Fitness, where they were responsible for regional sales, management of the sales and service of 400+ accounts, increasing revenue in market, maintaining a 96% retention on renewal of annual key accounts, and winning National Top Sales of the Quarter Q1 and Q2 in 2007. In 2022, they will become the Director of Field Sales - Behavioral Health at Accurate Lock and Hardware.
