Nancy Suhoza

Nancy Suhoza has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Nancy began their career as the Human Resources Manager at Nelson Stud Welding Inc, where they managed various HR functions such as recruitment, training, and communication. Nancy then served as the Human Resources Supervisor at Tremco Incorporated, overseeing HR-related issues for multiple locations and coordinating benefit programs. Nancy later became the Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at Tremco Incorporated, where they managed salary and benefits administration, performance management, and compliance functions. Nancy also played a role in mergers and acquisitions and advised management on tax programs. Prior to their current position, Nancy served as the Director of Human Resources at Willoughby Supply Company, Inc., where they led the HR function for the organization and provided guidance on succession planning and retention. Currently, as the Director of Human Resources at Accurate Group, Nancy leads the HR and Payroll functions, manages a large budget, and oversees talent acquisition and benefit design and administration.

Nancy Suhoza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ursuline College. Nancy also obtained a Certificate in HR Management from Baldwin Wallace University. In 2006, they completed a program in Strategic Leadership for Women in HR at Simmons College - Simmons School of Management. Additionally, they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Industrial Technology from Cuyahoga Community College. Nancy Suhoza has obtained certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2020 and the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2004.
