Carolina Román

Carolina Román has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Carolina is currently working as a Sales Operations Specialist at Accuray since December 2020. Prior to this, they were employed at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics for six years, where they served as a Senior Coordinator Customer Support and Team Leader from August 2014 to November 2020. Carolina also worked as a Project Management Coordinator at MANGO from April 2011 to May 2012. Before that, they were a Marketing and Sales Analyst at Global Alimentos S.A.C. from May 2004 to August 2010. Their earliest work experience was at Maltería Lima S.A., where they held roles as a Marketing and Sales Assistant from November 2002 to May 2004, and as an Administrative Accounting Assistant from November 1998 to November 2002.

Carolina Román completed a Technical Diploma in Marketing from ISIL Aprende Haciendo from 1999 to 2002. Carolina then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2005 to 2007. Later on, they attended Universitat Ramon Llull from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Fashion Management, specializing in Business Administration.
