Global Revenue Operations Manager at Accuray

Chad Kammerer has a diverse work experience spanning several positions in different companies. Chad began their career at GE Healthcare in 2003, where they worked as an Inside Sales Representative, leading inside sales for the Chicago territory and supporting field sales. Chad then moved on to become a Project Manager, responsible for managing document review and entry of orders and the fulfillment of sales. In this role, they also managed compliance for the sale, delivery, and revenue recognition of medical equipment.

In 2006, Chad transitioned to the role of Americas Commercial Inventory Leader at GE Healthcare, where they developed and led a system for managing, tracking, and mitigating obsolescence risk for inventory. Chad drove inventory optimization activities and forecasted inventory impacts in advance. After two years in this role, Chad moved on to become a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Oil & Gas in 2008. In this position, they led efforts to operationalize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and managed key business initiatives, resulting in significant reductions in cycle times and improved efficiency.

Chad returned to GE Healthcare in 2010 as an Order Production Sales and Inventory Manager. In this role, they forecasted sales and inventory for various medical products, improving forecast accuracy and leveraging cross-functional relationships to exceed sales targets. Chad then became the Global Sales and Operations Planning Leader, where they used data analysis to identify reporting needs and create metrics and dashboards. Their efforts led to a reduction in inventory optimization activities and the establishment of policies for inventory treatment based on specific terms.

In 2014, Chad transitioned to the role of Sales Revenue Leader at GE Healthcare, where they delivered predictable revenue forecasting and backlog management. Chad validated and executed backlog orders and managed activities across the territory.

Most recently, in 2021, Chad joined Accuray as the Global Revenue Operations Manager.

Chad Kammerer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy at Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2001. In addition, they obtained the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in March 2013.
