Jacob Shea

Jacob Shea has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the engineering and research fields. Jacob began their career in 2000 at Agilent Technologies, where they worked as a R&D Hardware Engineer and later as a Technical Consultant. In 2006, they founded their own company, ELEMEN LLC, specializing in electrical engineering consulting. There, they provided a range of services including software and systems engineering, electromagnetics, signal processing, and software development.

In 2011, Shea worked as a Research Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and in 2014, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Scientist. During this time, they gained valuable research experience.

Most recently, Shea joined Accuray in 2016 as a Senior Research Scientist. Jacob then advanced to the position of Imaging Systems Architect in 2019, where they are currently employed. This role showcases their expertise in imaging systems and highlights their continued growth and success in the industry.

Jacob Shea obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they attended from 1995 to 2000. Jacob further pursued their studies at the same institution and completed their PhD in Electrical Engineering from 2005 to 2010.
