Michael Gugluizza

Michael Gugluizza has extensive experience in various IT and leadership roles. Michael is currently working as the Director of Enterprise Business Applications at Accuray since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Concordia University-Wisconsin starting from August 2016. From January 2020 to March 2023, they were the Director of IT Partner Services at Navitus Health Solutions. Before that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Associated Bank from December 2014 to January 2020. Michael also served as the Director of Global IT Project Management Office (PMO) at Rockwell Automation from April 2013 to December 2014. From May 2010 to April 2013, they held the role of Director of Information Technology at Fincantieri Marine Group. Prior to that, they worked at Briggs & Stratton as Senior Program Manager & IT Business Partner for International Operations from January 2005 to April 2010. Michael started their career at Accenture as an IT Program Manager from July 1998 to January 2005.

Michael Gugluizza holds an MBA degree in International Business & Strategy from Marquette University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Marquette University from 1994 to 1998. Furthermore, they pursued a certification in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the University of Galway, from 1996 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, Michael Gugluizza has obtained two certifications - a Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the University of Wisconsin E-Business Consortium in October 2008, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2005.
