Erica Bhadhawar

Erica Bhadhawar has served in various roles at Accuristix since March 2010, currently holding the position of Tecsys Operational Process Manager. Erica has a strong background in project management, continuous improvement, and operational supervision, overseeing productivity and staff allocation in the picking department, managing attendance, and training employees on warehouse management systems. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with QA teams to meet client expectations, adherence to SOPs and regulations, as well as data stewardship and report management. In parallel, Erica operates Erica's Custom Workshop and previously worked as a Supervisor/Trainer and Administrative Assistant at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. Erica's educational background includes completion of studies at Tamanawis Secondary School from 1997 to 2002.
