Michelle Fuller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Michelle has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Accurus Aerospace Corporation, Director of HR Operations at NGL Energy Partners LP, Director of HR Operations at Builders FirstSource/Probuild, HR Manager at Gardner Denver Pumps, and Director of HR at SPX Heat Transfer, Inc./Yuba Heat Transfer. Michelle has also worked as Director of HR at Sulzer Chemtech USA, where they managed HR responsibilities and EHS for US operations.

Michelle Fuller, SPHR, SHRM-SCP earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management from Oklahoma State University. In 1999, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HRCI and HR Certification Institute. In 2010, they also became a Certified Facilitator through Development Dimensions International.
