Ryan Cole has worked for five different companies since 2006. Ryan began their career as a Summer Intern at GE Intelligent Platforms in 2006, where they assisted Mechanical Engineers in the design process and designed adapter plates to mount test chassis to vibration tables. In 2007, they returned to GE Intelligent Platforms as a Summer Intern. In 2008, they again worked as a Summer Intern at GE Intelligent Platforms and assisted in the design and modeling of chassis for ruggedized embedded systems. In 2009, they worked as a Student Co-op at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where they designed, analyzed, and tested a pointing stability system for a UV laser. This system included structural stability in the military environment temperature range as well as a heating and cooling system to maintain the laser housing's temperature. In 2010, Ryan returned to MIT Lincoln Laboratory as a Student Co-op. From 2013 to present, Ryan has worked at Accusentry Inc, USA as a Product Development Engineer and an Application Engineer.

Ryan Cole attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they attended New Mexico State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
