Carlos Taishi Hatada

Carlos Taishi Hatada is an experienced Product Development Engineer at Autoliv since October 2011, specializing in seatbelt systems and managing global design authority projects. Carlos has expertise in bill of material definition, feasibility analysis, DFMEA, PFMEA, and project management for both new and serial life projects, collaborating with customers for validation and homologation. Previous experience includes serving as an Application Technician at TI Automotive, where Carlos was involved in the development of automotive parts, quoting, and project feasibility analysis. Carlos began a career as a Mechanical Technician at SINKO, focusing on design analysis and assembly, and worked as a Mechanical Designer at EISA Engenharia LTDA, handling project upgrades and assembly. Carlos holds a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Universidade Paulista and a Técnico in Industrial Mechanics from ETEP.
