Wei Siong Tan

Wei Siong Tan began their career in 1983 as a Senior Research Engineer at Georgia Institute of Technology. In 1991, they became President and CEO of AccuSentry, Inc., a company providing Inspection Solutions with Actionable Intelligence (http://www.accusentry.com/). In 1998, they were appointed Chairman of the Indonesia Community Heritage Foundation (ICHF). In 2003, they became a Member of the Gazelle Forum at EO Atlanta. Finally, in 2006, they were appointed President of the Indonesian American Chamber of Commerce.

Wei Siong Tan began their educational journey in 1980 when they attended Dekalb Community College and received an A.A. in General Undergraduate Studies. Wei Siong then attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a BSEE and MSEE in Image Processing, Computer Architecture, and Optimization. Finally, Wei Siong Tan completed their Ph.D. in Computer Engineering Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology in 1989.
