Philip V Petrocelli

Philip V Petrocelli serves as the President and CEO of Shermco Industries, leading the company to significant revenue and EBITDA growth and completing multiple acquisitions since 2022. Prior to this role, Philip was a Partner at Gryphon Investors, where responsibilities included strategizing and managing business service group operations. Previous experience encompasses senior leadership roles at HNTB and AECOM, where Philip oversaw profit and loss responsibilities and developed corporate strategies. Philip has also held executive positions at Boyle Engineering, driving substantial growth and leading to its sale to AECOM, and at NationsRent, where restructuring efforts post-9/11 restored profitability. Philip holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS/BA in Finance from Villanova University.
