Oscar Ter Hofstede

Oscar ter Hofstede began their work experience in 1994 as a Senior Software Engineer at AD Graphics (Rorke Data). Oscar then joined Lost Boys interactive Amsterdam in 1996, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and later as a Project Manager. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Lost Boys interactive Spain as the Head of Coding Dept., overseeing the establishment of the department and infrastructure for software development. In 2002, they became the Director of R&D at GeoVirtual, managing the development of commercial software for interactive map and terrain visualization. In 2005, they co-founded Muchachamaca and worked as a Software Engineer and Co-Owner, specializing in C++ development and full stack web development. Most recently, they have been working at Accusoft since 2016 as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead.

Oscar ter Hofstede obtained a Master's degree in Informatics (Computer Science) from Radboud University, from 1984 to 1990. Oscar also attended the University of Twente from 1992 to 1993, where they studied Computer Vision. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification as a Professional Food Manager from Prometric in March 2015.
