Dr. Varad Pradhan

Dr. Varad Pradhan has extensive work experience in bio-analytical research and management. Dr. Varad started their career as a Scientist at DIL in 2002, where they were involved in synthesis, analysis, and method validation of various contract research molecules. During this time, they also handled the preparation and maintenance of reference standards. In 2006, Dr. Pradhan joined Accutest Research Lab as a Lab Manager and gained expertise in bio-analytical methods using LC-MS/MS. Dr. Varad also developed methods for small molecules, endogenous drugs, vitamins, and hormones. In 2017, they briefly served as the Head of Bioanalytical at Hangzhou Bestand - Zhejiang Poly before returning to Accutest as a Senior Lab Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the bioanalytical unit, managing 16+ LC-MS/MS instruments, and leading BA/BE studies. Currently, Dr. Pradhan holds the position of Head Bio-Analytical at Accutest Research Laboratories (I) Pvt. Ltd.

Dr. Varad Pradhan completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Mumbai from 2007 to 2015. Dr. Varad also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems, General from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they hold a certification in Master of Business Administration from Manipal Universal Learning, although the specific details of when they obtained this certification are not provided.
