Angela Mosby

Angela Mosby has extensive experience in education and customer service. Currently, Angela serves as a Customer Service Representative at ACD Direct, handling inbound donor calls and troubleshooting application issues since March 2014. Previously, Angela dedicated over 16 years to the Little Rock School District in various teaching roles, including Digital CTE Teacher and Keyboarding Teacher, emphasizing career readiness and technology integration in education. Angela also worked as a Technology Specialist, providing training and support to staff and students. Additional roles include Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute, Inbound Customer Service Representative at Intrado, and Online Tutor at Educate. Angela holds an M.Ed. in Learning Systems Technology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in Business Teacher Education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
