Carrie McCloud

Carrie McCloud is a senior director of Communications & Outreach who collaborates with executive leadership, technical experts, home office staff, project office staff, and partners from around the world to develop strategic communications highlighting ACDI/VOCA’s impact. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2017, Carrie held various roles as a writer and reporter covering business and entrepreneurship and as a communications specialist for a nonprofit supporting the largest teachers’ union in the United States. She holds an MA in journalism and public affairs from American University as well as a BS in international business and a BA in Spanish from the College of Charleston.
