Chito Padilla

Vice President Of Global Support And Award Management at ACDI/VOCA

Chito Padilla has extensive experience in contract and grant management. From 2002 to 2015, they held various roles in different organizations. Chito served as the Director of International Contracts and Grants at RTI International from 2002 to 2008, where they managed the grants and contracts department responsible for the international development contract portfolio. Chito then joined the Academy for Educational Development as the Vice President and Director of Bids and Proposals, where they managed the pre-award business process and developed business strategies. In 2009, they became the Director of Grants and Contracts at Pact, where they managed the post-award unit for grants and contracts management and served as the principal negotiator of new awards. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Contract Management Services at FHI 360, overseeing contract management and negotiation. Most recently, Chito Padilla has been Vice President of Global Support and Award Management at ACDI/VOCA since 2015.

Chito Padilla obtained a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy degree in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University from 1981 to 1983.
