Associate Director Of Business Intelligence at ACDI/VOCA

Clay Rogers has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Clay is currently working as the Associate Director of Business Intelligence at ACDI/VOCA since 2018. In this role, Clay provides business and market intelligence, analysis, and information management and technology support to achieve the organization's growth and business development goals. Clay's early professional experience includes roles such as Co-President and Director of Communications at Daya ICPI, Project Manager at the Cameroon Football Development Program, Database Management Specialist at Peace Corps, and Temporary Program Associate at the Institute of International Education.

Clay's career began with their role as a Small Entrepreneur Advisor in Peace Corps. Here, they advised a local pepper farmer association, developed an accounting system for tracking funds, and conducted a comprehensive business survey in the village of Kimparana.

Clay's early leadership experience can be seen in their role as VP of Programming at the Sigma Phi Epsilon Virginia Zeta Chapter, Randolph-Macon College. During this time, they oversaw security and safety actions for fraternity events, managed service projects and philanthropic events, and led the chapter in achieving two National Chapter of Excellence Awards.

Clay Rogers holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business & Economics from Randolph-Macon College, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Clay then pursued a Master's Degree in International Development with a major in Human Security and a minor in Civil Security and Disaster Management from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs, completing it from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Clay Rogers holds the Eagle Scout certification from the Boy Scouts of America, obtained in 2005.
