Ivana Bozic

Ivana Bozic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capacity development, social inclusion, and conflict resolution. Currently serving as the Human Capacity Development and Inclusion Manager for ACDI/VOCA on the USAID-funded "Big Small Businesses" Project, Ivana focuses on enhancing the integration of Serbian SMEs into sustainable market systems. Prior roles include managing social inclusion initiatives at Swisscontact and serving as an evaluation specialist for various organizations, where Ivana contributed to projects that fostered inter-ethnic cooperation and economic growth in Kosovo and surrounding regions. With a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Conflict and Post-Conflict Societies and multiple professional certificates, Ivana consistently combines practical experience with a commitment to inclusive development.
