Samir Youssef

Samir Youssef has had a long and diverse work experience in various roles related to contracts, grants administration, procurement, and program management. Samir most recently served as the Director of Contracts and Grants at Blumont, Inc. starting in June 2018. Prior to that, they held roles at University Research Co., LLC (URC) & Center for Human Services (CHS), including Associate Director, Director, and Acting Vice President of Contracts and Grants Administration. Samir also worked at ACDI/VOCA as a Senior Director in Program Awards & Compliance and Program Assessment & Risk Management. Other positions include Director of Procurement at IRD/Blumont, Inc., Senior Contracts Officer at URC-CHS, Deputy Director of Quality Assurance and Contracts Control at Industerial Modernization Center (IMC) Ministry of Trade and Industry, Deputy Chief of Party at Chemonics Int'l. Samir Youssef obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from Ein Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, completing their studies from 1975 to 1978.
