Wyanie Bright

Wyanie Bright is the Chief of Party for USAID Kuza. In this capacity, she develops economic opportunities in Northern Kenya, including the development and administration of an associated capital fund. Previously, she was a senior technical director in Partnerships and Investments, where she focused on impact investment initiatives, particularly the establishment and management of AV Ventures LLC, ACDI/VOCA’s investment management subsidiary. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2015, she developed strategic and operational plans for PAE’s projects in Africa and served as an investment officer for Pan African Capital Group, a private equity firm. Wyanie has also worked as a senior strategy consultant for Accenture and in market research and international strategic planning for NASDAQ. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in economics and BS in agriculture and resource economics from the University of Maryland.
