Yvonne Abuto

Yvonne Abuto is a senior director who manages capture and proposal teams in the development and presentation of compliant, responsive, comprehensive, and competitive new business proposals. She works closely with the vice president of business development as a senior strategy advisor. Prior to joining ACDI/VOCA in 2021, Yvonne led and contributed to business development efforts, strategic planning, thought leadership, and technical support—primarily in the areas of health and nutrition—for several organizations, including NCBA CLUSA, Catholic Relief Services, and University Research Co. Yvonne holds a master’s in public health from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, with a focus on global health and epidemiology, and a BA in biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
