Don Gregorio Serrano Hoyo

Gregorio Serrano Hoyo has a doctorate in Law from the University of Extremadura, where he is a professor of Procedural Law, and is currently director of the Department of Public Law. He has held different academic positions at the University (Head of the Inspection Service, Secretary of the Faculty of Law and Academic Director of the Master's Degree in Law). He is also a substitute magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice of Extremadura and a member of the European Group of Magistrates for Mediation (GEMME).

It has a broad commitment to parish, Christian formation and popular religiosity. He has been a monitor of premarital courses in the Parish of San Pedro de Alcántara de Cáceres for 20 years; Secretary of the Association of Relatives and Friends of Proyecto Hombre Extremadura and I collaborate with the Fundación Centro Santa Bárbara (Obispados de Plasencia and Coria-Cáceres); He is also a Knight of Santa María de Guadalupe and a member of his Royal Association and Brother of the Cofradía Penitencial del Santísimo Cristo del Amparo de Cáceres.
