Don Jesús Robledo García

Vice Counselor at ACdP

Don Jesús Robledo García was born in Madrid on November 13, 1970. After completing his basic studies and high school in Talavera de la Reina, Jesús studied theology at the San Ildefonso Conciliar Seminary in Toledo, and on July 18, 1999 he became a computer priest in the same city. After a few years of pastoral life, he expanded his studies at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, finishing his doctorate in Theology, specializing in spirituality, at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome with the thesis "The encounter with Christ in contemporary Western culture A spiritual itinerary through the Via Pulchritudinis ".

Don Jesús has a great pastoral career, among which he has been parochial vicar, professor of religion, pastor in different parishes of Badajoz and Toledo, diocesan deputy director of the Apostleship of Prayer for seven years, chaplain of the General House of Teatine Religious of Roma, associate professor at the San Ildefonso de Toledo Center for Theological Studies (a center attached to the San Dámaso University) where he teaches different subjects in the degrees of Fundamental Theology and Church History.

After being director of the Diocesan Secretariat for New Evangelization and a member of the diocesan curia of Toledo, he began his collaboration as chaplain in the Faculty of Humanities and Communication Sciences of the CEU San Pablo University. It also belongs to the First Monastery of the Visitation of Our Lady of Madrid and the Colegio Mayor Juan XXIII "Roncalli", as well as different batches of Spiritual Exercises at the ACdP and other institutions. Since October 2020 Jesús Robledo has been the National Vice-Counsel of the ACdP.
