Shakil Mahbub Hussain worked at ACD Systems from 2014 to 2019. From 2014 to 2019, they held the role of Quality Assurance Analyst Co-op. In 2019, they were promoted to Product Manager, where they led a cross-functional team of 8 people to launch a brand-new image editing application called Gemstone. Shakil Mahbub defined the project's scope in detail by analyzing competitor products and compiling customer requests.
